The hon'ble
Supreme Court of India has delivered the hon'ble 7 judges
bench judgment dated 12th August 2005. At the same time all
the petitions civil appeals and IA shall now be listed before
the appropriate bench for hearing The individual petition of
AICET is pending in the hon'ble Supreme Court of India. For
the past six month it is getting listed for hearing. But the
matter is not reached on time. Hence the AICET exam is pending
in the hon'ble Supreme Court of India. This is for your
information.
